With TEXTPAD 5.1.0, when I click HELP then TEXTPAD ON THE WEB, a box is displayed saying "No application is associated with the specified file for this operation".
How do I resolve this problem?

All it does is open http://www.textpad.com/ in a web browser, so really, you're not missing much.
What happens if you click Start->Run and open http://www.textpad.com/ from there?
