Some editors will hilight xml tags. It can be an XML file the editor has never seen before, but it will know about XML and hilight properly.
Can TextPad do this?

You can use existing syntax files or create your own.
Start here, over 10 existing syntax files: http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/syna2g.html

Just want to be clear - it can be an XML file textpad has never seen before - but there will be an awareness about .XML files and the nesting of the markup that the editor will have about XML, and tags will properly highlighted.
When I throw a .xml into TextPad it doesn't do it. Is such a feature planned?
