Bug in 5.0.3: The "Go to Line" command (Ctrl-G), which normally briefly highlights the line found, doesn't highlight a line if the cursor is already on it.
This causes a problem when double-clicking on an error message in Tool Output window. If the cursor happens to be on the line with the error, it is not highlighted. However, the cursor is invisible since the source document window doesn't have the focus, the Tool Output window does. So the user has no way of seeing which line contains the error he's clicking on!
