Search (include / exclude) comments

Not sure if it's been requested before but it would be useful if there was the ability when searching document(s) to exclude comments (or code, or any other field for that matter).

Could implement with a number of check boxes?

Exclude:
[] Code
[] Comments
[] Other?

I'm sure there's some super duper regular expression to do this but it would be quicker for me to search manually rather than write a suitable expression
