Searching/Jumping To Line Numbers?

Is it possible to search for or jump to a specific line number? I use TextPad to fix bad characters in an XML file that is over 4,000,000 lines. I know what line number the error is on, but then I have to scroll to that line, which can get pretty time consuming when the line is later in the file.

CTRL-G or Search-Goto
