Textpad without installer?

I am a registered user of Textpad 8) and use it a lot at home. In the office I don't have administrator privileges and cannot install software myself. I heard that it is possible to just copy the Textpad folder and copy it to another pc. Is that correct? Otherwise I would very much like the option of downloading Textpad without installer (just a zip).
