My organization is currently trying to buy a number of texpad licences before our fiscal year end this month. Unfortunately, the only person allowed to do the purchasing has a credit card that cannot be used for purchases outside of North America. There are of course many solutions to this problem, like using a different credit card, but due to some really silly rules these solutions are impossible.
Does anyone know of a North American retailer for this product?
Thanks for any help you can give from a very frustrated user who is wrapped up in red tape.
