Getting Options to stick

Is there a way to get "match case' etc to remain selected for re-opening WE?

If I just open WE, change some options and the close, nothing sticks.
If I do a test (F3) and then close, they stick.
Most likely an "undocumented design feature"

Sounds like WildEdit saves the options when they are used (not when they are set) ...

Just the opposite of TextPad so this should be changed methinks.
