Online editing on FTP

Excuse me if this file is in the wrong forum?!

Can anyone tell me HOW-TO have textpad update the file on an FTP Server when editing online; without having to close textpad?

Is there a setting to achieve this?

You can write a batch ftp script and add it as tool, but for direct online editing I'd recommend HTML-Kit (www.chami.com) - online editing is nice but backup may be an issue
