Running a command line on all changed files?

WildEdit looks like the perfect tool for quickly making changes to massive numbers of files, but before it makes a change to the files I'm interested in changing, I need to check them out of our version control system. (Perforce) So, is there a way that I'm missing to run a command line on the files before WildEdit changes them?
