Installation Issue

I downloaded the file "txpeng472.exe" from the HTTP website.
I double-click the file on Windows 2000.
I get an error. 'This setup will perfrom an upgrade of ". Do you want to continue?' Yes/No

So if I click NO - then nothing happens.
If I click YES then "Preparing to INstall"
followed by "welcome to install wizard" (next/cancel)
Hit Next and... Accept terms of license agreement... (next)
Then it allows me to enter name/company info (next)
Then it wants an installation location - I leave it as Program Files\Textpad 4 (next)
Then it says it's ready to install - so I click "install"
It says "this may take several minutes" but takes less than 3 seconds
Then a new windows pops up and says "successfully installed - launch the program"

The program doesn't launch. the install directory doesn't exist.

Can you help me??

Just a WAG here but do you have sufficient privleges to install it on the machine?
