Block Select

I love TextPad's block select feature. (ie. holding the ALT key while highlighting verticle block of text with the mouse). I use this very often to deal with complicated massive text editing.

However, I would like to have this feature work without mouse also. For example, holding ALT key and highlighting using arrow keys, this gives much accurate and stable control over using the mouse for off screen text many times.

Arrow keys work for me if TextPad is in block-select mode:

Configure > Block Select Mode
(word-wrap must be unchecked)

But then any selections you make with keyboard or mouse are block-selected until you turn it off again.
