Syntax Hightlighting for 2 separeted words.

I would like to know if it is possible to have TextPad highlight 2 separated words as an whole expression.
For exaple I'd like to configure TextPad to highlight "SMTP IN" and "SMTP OUT" ( without quotation) in different colors.
