Foreground of TextPad ACTIVE all time

Hi,
After starting TextPad, I have others applications like IE, explorer. When I click on IE or explorer, it does not become active (always textpad is active). BUT if i minimise TextPad then what ever programs this i click on becomes active and can toggle accross BUT not if TextPad as be active (maxmise)

Minimize TextPad, then right-click it. If you see "Stay on Top", uncheck that entry.

Or while you're in TextPad,
Configure -> Preferences, View.
Uncheck Stay On Top Of Other Windows
