How would I have Textpad automatically add a semi-colon at the end of each line? Is there a tool or Macro already out there?

Using POSIX Regular Expression:
Find: \n
Replace: ;\n
Hit "Replace All" HTH
Edit: If you want to go without newline:
Find (.)$
Replace \1;
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
a different way to be

Not to be difficult, but wouldn't
Find: $
Replace: ;
Regular Expressions is checked and a Replace All work as well? It seemed to do fine for me, it's my only reason for asking

The
$ being an
anchor I did not even consider this, but it sure works.
Just does not look right to me that it does, no real replacement taking place
