File disappears from the Document Selector (F11) window

If you are prompted to reload a file which has changed and say "no", but in between being prompted and selecting "no" the file has been deleted, then the file disappears from the Document Selector (F11) window (even though it is still open in the form it was in before the prompt was displayed).

If you then move to another window it's not easy to get back to the lost file. I think it should continue to be displayed on the F11 Window even if they underlying file has been deleted.

This happens in Version 4.7.

Congratulations, you've discovered a bug, so thanks for bringing it to our attention.

We will fix it in the next maintenance upgrade.
