Problem prompting to reload modfied files

I have the setting to reload a file set to Prompt. I use this for log files which are frequently changing and am usually sat on the bottom line of the file (by pressing CTRL-End).

When I say No, sometimes I am never prompted again to reload the file; at other times it prompts me every few seconds. If I move away to another application and back to Textpad, or even move the mouse to somewhere up to file I get prompted again. Once I've reloaded the file I keep getting the Yes/No questions until it happens again.

I think what should happen is you keep getting prompted, which I think used to happen in earlier versions (I am using version 4.7). (BTW it would also be nice to turn this feature off temporarily for a specific file, or set the polling interval).
