New macro tries to save with existing macro file name

Post by ocjlb »

When I try to save a new macro, the save dialog suggests macro9.tpm as the file name. However, I already have a file with that name. Is there a way to fix this so that it suggests a file name that does not exist? thanks.

My version of TP (4.7.1) goes from 00 to 10, 11, etc.
Then I open up and see

I should have been clearer. The suggested file name increments by one for me as well. It is just that it defaults to the last one saved, rather than the next name in sequence.

Same here, I also should have been clearer
I'm getting defaults to the next name in sequence.
That's why I pointed out the version I'm using, 4.7.1.
