Resizeable Find/Replace dialog?

I would like to be able to have a resizeable box so that when editing regular expressions, you can see the whole or most of the regular expression.

My REs get very large, and the current pint sized text boxes for find and replace are difficult to play with.

Perhaps also a Regular Expression Builder like what you get with Expresso.
