Error during Upgrade to 4.7

When trying to upgrade from 4.4.1 to 4.7 I get the filowing error. Error 1312: Cannot create directory d:\program files\TextPad 4\readme.txt. A file of that name alread exists. Please rename or remove the file and click retry.
The file is not protected.
The system is a Windows 98 SE.

Please delete the file "Readme.txt" from your TextPad installation folder, and then try installing 4.7.1 again.
