Tabbed frame for viewing code in multiple web browsers

Would it be possible to add a frame below the menu which will have one tab for the editor and a tab for each browser the developer is viewing source in? For instance, a devloper who needs multiple versions of IE, Netscape and Opera could quickly tab within the TextPad program from browser to browser to see changes. There would need to be a way to manually add more browsers to the system.

I know it's not difficult to do this now but I'm dreadfully lazy... And i'm sorry if it's an old suggestion. I didn't see it listed.
