How to remove HTML Validator menu ?

When I click "HTML Validator Commands" menu in the tools I get 3 new commands in the tools menu. Now I want to remove them all but I can't remove one of them - HTML Validator. How can I do that ?

Configure - Preferences - Tools

select the tool to delete in the list (NOT in the tree).
Either click on the red X above the list or press Del key (attention: undo impossible)

The HTML Validator command is automatically added, if the following entry in your registry has a value greater than 1:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware\AI Internet Solutions\CSE 3310 HTML Validator\ExternalCapability

I'm not sure if that is deleted when you uninstall HTML Validator. If not, delete it with RegEdit.
