I am using TextPad 4.7.1. My computer is running Win2000, and my network is Windows 2000 server.
I had an unusual event occur. I had an html file created in Textpad on my C: drive. I copied the html to a network drive, so that I could access it from home (I use Terminal Server to connect from home to work). When I opened the file on the network drive, it had changed the coding, making it look like the file was created in FrontPage. It inserted the foloowing coding at the top of the file:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<!-- saved from url=(0111)file://C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\ebeckel.OC\Local%20Settings\Temporary%20Internet%20Files\OLK7\breakfst.htm -->
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Kelsey's Breakfast Menu</TITLE>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<META content="MSHTML 6.00.2800.1170" name=GENERATOR></HEAD>
Does anyone know why this would have occured?
Thanks,
Elizabeth Beckel
