Current Line Highlighting for Binary files

Is there a way to disable the current line highlighting for binary files? I have it disabled for what I thought was all files but when I opened up a binary with TP, the highlighting reappeared. Textpad 4.7.1

Setting the background color to the foreground color (or at least close enough) has remedied it for now but am I the only who experiences this?

It looks like the option to turn off current line highlighting is being ignored for the background color in binary views. Thanks for pointing out the problem, which we'll fix in the next release. In the meantime, you've found the workaround.
