I would like to be asked if I want to save the workspace in case this has changed.
I often work with the same files, thus I defined workspaces. But if I had during work to open additional files, then these files will also been saved in the current workspace file.

Also, sometimes I need to remove some files to reduce clutter, WITHOUT meaning to change the contents of the workspace. This 'feature' holds me back from using workspaces extensively.
This is related to another issue raised in this forum: All workspace files are opened when you load the workspace. For workspaces to be useful they should work like those in MS Visual Studio: You see the file list in a window, and you open a file by double-clicking on it.
Implementing the issue in the 2nd paragraph would take care of the first one (for me).
