I second topstar's request. Please allow the path name to be surprised in the title bar.

Having the path makes things particularly difficult if you open multiple text files attached to an email - then you get the lengthy windows temp path which totally obscures the actual filename even if the Textpad window is maximized.

I don't think it is necessary to suppress the title bar. Nor do I think it's necessary to surprise it :' ). Rather, just *always* show the full file name (and perhaps X directories, based upon a preference) regardless the length of the path.

For example:

C:/tehu/aste/taheus/tahoeusth/aoteu/taheus/thaoues/directory/my_document.txt

Should display something like

C:/tehu/aste/tahe[...]/directory/my_document.txt

resizing automatically to fit into your title bar.

Best of both worlds, in my opinion.
