uninstall doesn't remove the license

I want to sell my pc which has a registered version of TextPad 4.7.1 but noticed that although I can uninstall, a reinstall of TextPad picks up the old registration.
I guess it's in the registry somewhere, but how do I remove TextPad completely??
I'm using Windows 2000 SP4

it's ok i've found the keys

to remove completely, delete the following

HKCU\Software\Helios\TextPad 4
and
HKLM\Software\Helios\TextPad 4
