Can't open .tws file directly from win2K Explorer in 4.7

I've just installed 4.7 over 4.6.2 but can no longer open a .tws file into a textpad. I'm using win2K SP 3 and click on the .tws file from Explorer.

Actually I would like to automate it so that I can open 8 .tws files in different directories into 8 TPs. I was trying, and failing, to do this in a batch file when I upgraded. I have a separate workspace for each java package in the program i'm writing. It works quite well, but takes a look time to restart after rebooting.

I think this is resolved in 4.7.1 beta already...
