Is there a way to create a macro that will run a series of macros in a selected order? For example, run a macro called "Macro Packet" which will cycle through macro #1, then macro #2, then #3 and so on until the final macro is finished?

Indeed it is...

Create all your macros first... they will show up in the macro list under the macro menu.

Then record a new master macro and click each created macro in the order you want to run it as each one is finished running.

Then stop recording when the last one is run.
