Is the mailing list dead?
On the mailing list page the 'last newsletter' link refers to a newsletter from May 20, 2001. Also, in two forum topics announcing TextPad 4.3.2 and 4.6 I noticed people complaining they had not received mail from the mailing list.
If it is dead, please remove the subscription page. It's not very nice for your customers to have them subscribe and think they will receive notice when new versions are released, when in fact they won't.
