How to remove bookmarks from mark all

Hi,
How do I remove bookmarks from mark all. I sometimes want to find all occurances of something and edit them. Then find all occurances of something else, but I can't seem to remove the first bokkmarks. I usually end up save/close/reopening the document. There has to be a better way.
