Is there any way to pursuade Textpad to differentiate between the middle keypad keys and the similarly named keys on the numeric keypad?

E.g. I would like to leave the middle function pad Insert key with its default function, but assign a different function to the 0/Ins key (at the lower left of the numeric keypad).
