Can't left align toolbars

Since I upgraded to 4.6.2 I've noticed a very weird side effect: I can't have my toolbar completely left aligned. I can drag it to the desired position but whenever I restart TextPad there is always a 4 or 5 pixel gap! I'm using Windows XP in two different computers. Am I the only one?

No, you aren't alone. I've noticed it on two different computers, one running Windows 2000-SP2 and another running Windows XP Pro-SP1. Both computers have Nvidia cards. The Win2000 computer has the stock MS driver, and the XP machine has the latest WHQL driver.

While this is just a nit, I'll admit it is sort of annoying to me.
