Xp and Launching File

Up until XP, in explorer if i highlight a file and rightclick - TEXTPAD it would launch textpad.

Under xp this does not happen. It will do nothing.

If I doubleclick a file with associated suffix textpad launches corretly.

So .. how do I make textpad work when called from explorer Contaxt menu?

I did search and didn't find this problem ..
