View Document Selector does not seem to work

I'm running TextPad 4.6 on XP, and I don't see the Document Selector or the Clip Library when I select them from the View menu.

Any suggestions as to what I'm missing?

I switched to 4.4, and I still cannot get the Document Selector window to appear. Is there an XP setting that I need to change?
