How to add a line break at the end of each paragraph?

I want to copy and paste the text from a particular html file to textpad file. However, the whole text become one single long line. What could go wrong with my setting?

(Please note only the same html files from that particular website have this problem.)

Have you tried configure/"Word wrap" and Edit/reformat?

I don't think this is related to "word wrap." Instead, I believe, for some reason, textpad could not recognize the "paragrah break" from that HTML file. Any idea to force Texpad to recognize the paragragh break? Thanks!
