When using File > Send...

I don't want it to put the content into the body of an email. I want it to attach a file. Is there some way to make it do this? Other, less functional editors, seem to default to this.

I'm using Eudora on a win2k machine.

Thanks

Perhaps this is a function of each emailer? :?:

I am using Outlook98. When I click on File, Send, my email window opens up showing the current TextPad file as an attachment. The body is empty, waiting for me to fill it in....... :D

Hope this helps you....good luck....

There is a setting under "General" that says something like "Send documents as e-mail attachement" that you can enable or disable and that works fine for me (Mozilla).
