How to restore default settings

Hi, I am new to TextPad, can someone please help me with my questions?

I have installed TextPad and Java; however, I changed the Command (under Tools - Run), and I couldn't restore it back to its original blank setting. Also, I deleted TextPad and re-installed it again, but now my Java program doesn't appear in colours (ex. brackets in red, comments in green...). Does anyone know how to fix these problems?

Regarding the colors:
check your "Configure" menu under "Preferences..." -> "document classes" -> java.
