combine it with

@jaz When you close Textpad it saves the current workspace. So when TP was unable to load your files because you didn't reattach a drive try to CLOSE the WORKSPACE from the menu WITHOUT SAVING. Only then close TP. So the workspace is not changed to zero files, you can reattach your drive(s) and open...

to beware of Mudguard's 2nd case you could also try it vice versa:
1) find correct lines with
^.{18}13
2) 'Mark all' button in search dialog
=>Boomarks in all correct lines
3) Select all (Ctrl + A)
4) menu Search/Toggle Bookmarks (Ctrl+F2)
=> Bookmarks in wrong lines
