TextPad - BOM
This was timely as I had the same question this morning! However, it may be better that the BOM option is independent for UTF-8 (where it is not recommended) and Unicode or UTF-16 (where it is generally more useful, though not required). I would refer to the same Wikipedia article. Thanks. --Peter
