Hi! Is it possible to edit a syntax files so a keyword that appears within comments section in a different colour to the comments?

Hi there. I've just noticed that with a quick copy and paste from character map of i tilde (U+0128) ĩĨ into textpad - looks just like an ordinary I character. Paste it into notepad and it looks fine (with the tilde above it) The same works regardless of case. Other tilde characters however appear to ...
