Display problem with I tilde

Hi there.
I've just noticed that with a quick copy and paste from character map of i tilde (U+0128) ĩĨ into textpad - looks just like an ordinary I character. Paste it into notepad and it looks fine (with the tilde above it) The same works regardless of case. Other tilde characters however appear to be fine. Is this a font issue, or textpad bug or am I missing something?

Doh! Just figured it out. It's a unicode thing.
