On one machine a user is able to open multiple files with the same name:
text.txt, text.txt

Each text.txt has different content, and opens a new instance of textpad for easy viewing.

However, on another machine, Textpad 5.2 attempts to "reload" the file, and I cannot seem to find the setting that ...
