It looks as if the tick box Configure=>Synchronize does not work properly, but the key shortcut for the command does. Heres another odd thing: With vertical scroll off before horizontal split, split horizontal then turn on vertical scroll. This only gives a scroll bar in one of the splits. Now ...

If the window is split vertically then both panes are synchronized when scrolling vertically.

Basic common sense. Logical for the user. Perhaps 1 concession, an "environment variable" to the path of textpad.ini, default is system rather than user!

It would help efficay if the view of clip libraries would wrap on to as many columns as it takes to display the full library. To put in perspective, my VHDL_RTL.tcl spans about 150 lines, VHDL_TEST.tcl about 280, ADA.tcl about 350. The monitor is good for 106 lines, so textpad becomes rather ...
