I just created an account here simply so I could request this particular update to Textpad. I, too, would greatly like to see this feature added...

It is, in fact, possible to switch to document 3 using ctrl-tab. It's just not quite the way you want. If you continue to hold down the ctrl key and press tab more than once, you'll be able to switch to any document you want. Of course, after a bit of editing, your window-order is going to be so ...
