Saving Settings

Post by CWBillow »

Once I get TextPad just the way I want it, is there a registry entry or ini I can save in case I need to replace all the settings later?

OK, maybe I'm missing something :?:

I go to that link, and I end up at the How To forum, but I don't see how to save my settings?

Ahhhh...now I found it. For others that wander in here...
Thanks, Bob.

regedit - Export the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 4
key to a reg file

double click the reg file on the other machine -

Note: You should have the same syntax files on the other computer if you are using some customer syntax highlighting. .
