Error on search/replace in UTF16-file

Hello!
I do have a simple problem:
I want to replace the string 'Clear All' with 'Clear all' in a bunch of files.
(the string only appears once, so not too complicated
After doing this with WildEdit it appears that the new files have a missing character exactly at position $20000 - so I guess there's a bug in WildEdit.
(you'll need to check with a file bigger than 131072 bytes - the file also shrinks by 2 bytes)
On demand I can provide a textfile to demonstrate the problem.
