Scale Fonts Using Mouse-Wheel

Add the ability to zoom in and out (scale the font size) using the mouse wheel.

Please please please can we have a mouse wheel zoom, or even a keyboard zoom would tick my box

I like it.

TextPad becomes a like a browser of code. Rather than just an editor.
