Block select grayed-out

Since upgrading to 5.2.0, my block-select doesn't work. I try Ctrl-W, B. I also tried Alt-left-click. I think it's intermittent.
It's 50% of the reason I use Textpad.

Do you have word wrap on? Block select does not work with word wrap on.

Thanks, I'll check that. I think maybe word-wrap is defaulting on, as it didn't before the upgrade.

I also suspect Word Wrap.
Remember that each Class has the option for Word Wrap on/off. So be sure to check all Document Classes.
