Replace Dialog Box Enhancements

A new checkbox "Bookmarked Lines Only" would add considerable power to the function. In fact, the function could then mimic the powerful "global" command of the old QX editor in selecting eligible lines.
For example, I might want to replace "%" with "&" except where the "%" occurs within a quoted string and/or some other context. With the new checkbox, I could (1) bookmark the quoted-string and other forbidden lines (if any), (2) invert bookmarks, and (3) use the new checkbox.
